Who We Are
Garland & Zhang is a HUBZone-certified supply-chain integrator specializing in direct manufacturer sourcing and tariff-free Free Trade Zone–enabled logistics for U.S. government and private contractors. We connect global production capacity to American job sites through a carefully structured network of international and domestic trade zones, bonded transport partners, and long-standing manufacturer relationships.
Our mission is to make global procurement cleaner, faster, and more cost-effective. By integrating U.S. FTZs with Free Trade Zones abroad, we create tariff-advantaged pathways for moving goods into and out of the United States. This allows government contractors, SBA partners, and private buyers to access high-quality materials at substantially lower landed cost.

What We Do
Through longstanding relationships with global manufacturers, Garland & Zhang delivers materials directly from origin factories to job sites. We leverage bonded logistics, and Free Trade Zones to move goods with minimal friction and maximum cost efficiency.
Because our supply chains bypass traditional intermediaries, contractors gain access to lower-cost, cleaner, and more consistent materials for construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
- Consolidation at origin manufacturer
- Bonded export through international Free Trade Zones
- Contracted ocean, rail, and road transport through international carriers
- U.S. FTZ entry for tariff-advantaged processing
- Door-to-door delivery to contractor job sites
🔶 WHY OUR MODEL MATTERS
Traditional supply chains rely on multiple intermediaries, overlapping fees, slow customs handling, and inconsistent quality controls. Garland & Zhang eliminates these friction points. We consolidate materials at the manufacturing source, move them through bonded trade-zone corridors, and deliver directly to contractor job sites. The result is a cleaner, more predictable supply chain serving construction, infrastructure, agricultural, and industrial needs.
🔶 THE ROLE OF FREE TRADE ZONES
Free Trade Zones are central to our work. They allow materials to move with tariff-free shipments, simplified customs processes, and more efficient routing — benefits that are equally valuable to contractors importing materials and to producers seeking overseas markets. Garland & Zhang links these zones into a single operational framework, enabling door-to-door shipment of goods ranging from construction materials to agricultural commodities like grain and soybeans.
🔶 OUR GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS
Our supply-chain architecture is built on deep operational partnerships. Through international affiliates, we manage bonded freight corridors globally. These pathways integrate directly with our FTZ operations, ensuring tariff-advantaged entry and expedited movement around the world.
🔶 SERVING U.S. GOVERNMENT CONTRACTORS
Much of our work is focused on supporting U.S. government contractors who must meet stringent cost-control and procurement requirements. By sourcing directly from the manufacturer and moving materials through our FTZ-based logistics network, we help contractors lower expenses, stabilize supply lines, and improve project margins. Our HUBZone certification further strengthens our alignment with federal procurement programs.
🔶 BUILDING A NEW ERA OF SUPPLY CHAINS
Garland & Zhang is working to help usher in a new era of global trade — one defined by cleaner commodities, faster delivery, greater transparency, and lower overall cost. By pairing modern logistics capabilities with the international Free Trade Zone system, we are building the next generation of port-to-port supply chains that serve both American contractors and global producers.

Governance & Ownership Framework
All facilities developed under the Garland & Zhang model are held under U.S. ownership by the Garland family and its descendants under tribal trust laws. This long-term structure ensures stability and clarity for all partners. International manufacturers lease production capacity under agreements that preserve regulatory compliance, protect operational integrity, and provide U.S. agencies and financial institutions with consistent, transparent governance.
